Spicy: Red Curry Paste
INGREDIENTS
- 2-4 Bird’s Eye Chilli’s, fresh (2 for a moderate spice)
- 1 stalk of Lemongrass (chopped) OR 1 Lemon, zest only
- 1 Tsp minced Ginger
- 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste/Sauce
- 1 Tsp ground Cumin
- 1 Tbsp Chilli Powder
- 2 Tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1 Tsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Infused Oil
- 2 Tbsp Lime/Lemon Juice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add the ingredients to a food processor or grinder, and process until it makes a smooth paste.
