Vibrant: Slow Cooked Honey Lime Chicken
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Chicken Breasts, large
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Infused Oil
- 1/2 C Honey
- 1/2 C Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder (mildly spiced, adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 C Tomatillos, blitzed (you could substitute tomatoes)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add garlic infused oil, chicken breasts, and the remaining ingredients to the slow cooker.
- Turn onto high and cook for 2-4 hours.
- Shred chicken and serve.
SERVE
In a salad, in tacos, in taquitos, in a salad wrap, or with cooked brown rice and veggies.
