- 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 1/2 tsp Chilli (mildly spiced, add more to taste)

Mashed or roasted potatoes, and a selection of steamed vegetables i.e. carrots, green beans, broccoli, or peas. A dollop of wholegrain mustard for the meat is a super tasty addition as well.
