Pink Coleslaw

Stunning: Pink Coleslaw

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 C Red Cabbage, grated
  • 1 Carrot, large, grated
  • 1 C Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 3/4 C Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 C Buttermilk (1/4 C Milk with 1/4 Tbsp White Vinegar)
  • 1/3 C Sugar, white
  • 1 Tsp Curry Powder
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp ground Black Pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp White Vinegar
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add cabbage, carrot and cheese to a large bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients into a second small bowl, and mix well.
  3. Add these into the large bowl and mix through.
  4. Refrigerate for a few hours (not required, but is recommended), then serve.
